The Founder's Story

Hello Human,

I’d like to share my personal story with you, one that might resonate—maybe you were that teenager searching for answers, or maybe you thought you had them all, only to find that life had other lessons in store. The truth is, we’re all connected, and by changing the human experience for even just a few, the ripple effect can transform humanity as a whole.

As a teenager in the rigid confines of the Soviet Union, I often wondered: What is wrong with me? Was I the "bad child" my mother claimed, destined to work endlessly to earn approval? Would I always be flawed at my core, unable to find happiness or be truly loved?

I felt suffocated by the mold of an ideal citizen in a society that demanded conformity, while my independent spirit longed to explore, connect, and roam freely. I aspired to become the perfect person everyone wanted me to be. Yet, I couldn’t measure up, leaving me deeply sad and insecure.

My childhood diaries were filled with dreams—becoming a teacher to reform prison systems, an ecologist, or even a president. Beneath these ambitions was a difficult childhood marked by my father’s alcoholism and my mother’s psychological struggles. Physical and emotional abuse taught me that love was conditional—something to be earned through perfection. This belief left me feeling “not good enough,” a shadow that followed me into adulthood.

Immigrating to the United States in search of freedom, I faced new challenges. Struggling to survive, I fought hard to pursue an MBA, believing financial success would bring happiness. But my inner insecurities lingered, manifesting in unfulfilling relationships, depression, and a persistent struggle with self-worth.

Desperate for change, I left my corporate career to volunteer in Vietnam. Among the hardships, I discovered joy in teaching and spreading kindness to children—a transformative experience that rekindled my sense of purpose.

The defining moment came during a volunteer trip to Central America when I was abducted and faced a horrible ordeal. Stranded, unable to eat, sleep, or speak, I was forced to confront a pivotal question: Why do humans hurt each other and the world?

This question became my obsession, driving me to explore world religions, spirituality, psychology, and personal development. Along the way, I created tools like the Happiness Formula Assessment and a volunteer platform to connect humans to their inner core.

In 2019, I encountered integrative psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which clarified my lifelong search. I realized that much of our pain and limiting beliefs originate in early relationships, where subconscious patterns take root. With NLP and TRIZ Theory, I learned to reprogram these patterns, turning hurt into healing and breaking free from the cycle of pain.

Healing involves several steps—identifying and reshaping the hidden patterns we carry, parenting ourselves, and adopting healthier thoughts and behaviors. Through forgiveness, setting boundaries, and taking responsibility for my emotions, I found the power to rewrite my story.

This journey inspired me to help others heal and build fulfilling lives.

I invite you to explore the inner workings of our human experience. Together, we can unlock the keys to resilience, growth, and deeper connection, creating a life of purpose, joy, and authenticity.

Human Experience

Poetic Summary by ChatGPT

In life's intricate weave, I mirrored errant ways,

A canvas of mistakes, each lesson a sunlit blaze.

Through trials, I learned, through struggles, I'd strive,

In the quest for answers, I aimed to survive.

Through the crucible of suffering, wisdom was gained,

A seeker, I traversed, answers earnestly attained.

Imperfect, yet aspiring to unfold my latent art,

A creator of potential, a journey from the heart.

Through senses and feelings, a dance in the night,

In my heart's chamber, responses take flight.

The brain, a guide with its limits in tow,

Yet, my soul whispers, in the flow, I grow.
